Project is to provide financial analytics and reports to the bank internal users and external compliance units on various banking platform such as Commission, Equity, Collateral, US/UK/HK based regulatory and Stock Exchange related reporting using MicroStrategy.

Responsibilities:

• Creating proposals, solutions, execution plan and delivery milestones for new project in FMBI
• Design complex solution and reports for Equity, Collateral, Capital Market, FX, Stock Exchange, Regulator, Compliance and Trade reporting
• Perform end to end upgrade planning, testing, user training and production upgrade from 9.0.1 version to 9.4.1
• Create thorough detailed solution documents, UAT/SIT test plan, Implementation plan, execution strategy, risk assessment, back out plan and Impact analysis for the release management, as production releases has to go through very critical checks in bank

After merger of two gaming giant higher management decided to keep one BI tool at an organization level, therefore all existing report in SAP BO needs to be converted to MSTR. My role was to manage 12 members’ offshore team and delivery of 61 complex operational RSD within 4 months of timeframe.

Responsibilities:

• Created overall project planning and delivery milestone based on 4 Sprint of 15 reports each
• Created overall project execution strategy for different phases: Development and QA process to be followed, sprint planning and deployment strategy
• Detailed estimation of all the reports and first hand analysis to understanding the complexity of report and allocate the report accordingly to an associates

I lead a team of 2 members on Lilly dashboard development project; in addition I worked on multiple clients of the company for wide range of solutions using standard guidelines. I also participated in suggesting MSTR best practices.

Merchant Report Automation Project – Objective was to implement a suite of scorecards used by cross functional business teams to satisfy Monday AM business reporting requirements. Reduce the time spent on manually generating existing reports, Reduce risk of errors due to manual nature and improve consistency in meetings. Develop extremely complex 14 reports out of 70 for Merchandize and Finance team.

• Created complex profit and loss reports which support analysis across 9 dimensions over 132 metrics
• Created Report design document, System design document, and other artifacts for sign-off and code review
• Process oriented development, followed all the standards and best practices

• Resolved performance issue – Improved the report performance by 83%
