Company is in gaming product development industry is recognized as a company with exceptional technological expertise for usage of the latest and cutting-edge software systems, innovative tools and technologies following best of the industry practices and implementations. We have worked as an external consultant to provide an exception value to their existing MSTR team.

After merger of two gaming giant higher management decided to keep one BI tool at an organization level, therefore all existing report in SAP BO needs to be converted to MSTR. My role was to manage 12 members’ offshore team and delivery of 61 complex operational RSD within 4 months of timeframe.

Responsibilities:

  • Created overall project planning and delivery milestone based on 4 Sprint of 15 reports each
  • Created overall project execution strategy for different phases: Development and QA process to be followed, sprint planning and deployment strategy
  • Detailed estimation of all the reports and first hand analysis to understanding the complexity of report and allocate the report accordingly to an associates

I lead a team of 2 members on Lilly dashboard development project; in addition I worked on multiple clients of the company for wide range of solutions using standard guidelines. I also participated in suggesting MSTR best practices.
